As you know we closed on the cabin at snow bird lake last week. We couldn’t have done it without Keith’s help. From having someone replace front stairs. To going there to mow and tidy up the yard. Even getting ant repellents when they were a problem. I believe it was 600 days on the market. And Keith kept the faith and kept the process going till it’s inevitable closing. I just completed a purchase of an historic home, barn, shed and adjacent land in Remsen, NY. My agent was Audrey Strutynski of Benn Realty and I couldn't have been more pleased with her services during the process.
